Over the weekend a post went up on our Insiders Facebook page about dropping a dress size in a week. To be clear: we did not write this post. We did, however, delete it. Because it went against everything we stand for.
How do you pick a food or exercise plan that works for you when there are SO MANY OUT THERE? You could try them all and see which one works best. OR you could take the guess work out of it and let your data guide you towards a healthier life.
Instead of relying on motivation, make exercise a habit. Do it so consistently that it becomes automatic. Hardwire it into your brain so deeply that you can’t live without it. Sounds hardcore right? The alternative (type 2 diabetes, heart disease, heart attacks) is hardcore too. Pick your hardcore.
According to a study out of Sweden, opting out of breakfast may cause you to overeat for the remainder of the day. This is bad enough – ain’t nobody got time for feeling bloated. But get this: opting out of your morning meal may also affect your health later on in life.
